| What are our hours? |
| We try to keep normal office hours of 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time Monday - Friday. Unfortunately the course of our business is sometimes far from normal. Should you find the office closed during those hours please leave us a voice mail including a phone number and convenient time to contact you, You will hear from us the next day at the latest. We do monitor email from home after normal business hours so don't be surprised if you find one from us in the late evenings. We also have been known to answer the phone after business hours if we are there. Try it, what have you got to loose? In this day of instant communication we try hard to stay on top of things! |
